ScraPack Solutions LLC was founded with a single, clear mission — to create a reliable, transparent bridge between US recyclers and buyers worldwide. We run two parallel export programs: Old Corrugated Container (OCC) recycling for the paper industry, and baled scrap tires for the rubber and energy-recovery industries.
Based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, we are strategically positioned in one of the most active recovered-material collection corridors on the East Coast. Our location gives us direct access to a strong network of certified recyclers, collectors, exporters, and logistics partners for both materials.
We trade OCC Grade 11 and OCC Grade 12 — the two most widely traded corrugated grades in the global recovered paper market — alongside PCR, mixed, and truck tire bales for export. Every load we trade is inspected, documented, and delivered to specification, regardless of which product line it comes from.

End-of-life tires hydraulically compressed into high-density export bales for pyrolysis, tire-derived fuel, and rubber recycling worldwide.
